Yes the main home page also. It recognizes my account but does not show any vehicle owned or previously owned. It's not even and option I have in the menu.

I'm having this exact same issue. The software update failed twice and now the car is dead....except the A/C. They want to tow it but I'll definitely ask about the technician coming out.
