Just spoke to Tesla Assist after my car disappeared from the app, apparently I am the 3rd person to call with the same problem in the last hour. All from the recent deliveries of Model 3’s. It’s being escalated to their tech team.

I wish I hadn’t found this forum, it’s way too addictive between this and the shipping thread! I ordered (through Lex) a M3sr+ in white with black interior on 16th Sept. They gave an estimated stock date of 15th Nov. Like so many others I had a chat with Tesla chat, no car allocated yet.
