I guess the Tesla employee who told me that you can’t trade in or buyout new leases (October 2021) and sent me supporting documents had no idea what she was talking about. That being said the insanely high money factor just makes no sense.

Different car but Shift quoted me $11,000 more than Tesla for my 911. Worth checking. 2021 M3 lease have a clause saying they can’t be traded in (didn’t go the lease route anyway but thought it was interesting. Especially with the atrocious money factor that Tesla offers).

Just got ours today. Had a couple similar “chips” on the trim. Turns out it’s some kinda tape or glue residue hues away in one second rubbing it with your finger (flesh not nail).

Looks like the excruciating 🤣 long wait is coming to an end. Home delivery tomorrow morning!!!

Funny you say that. I’m on the Ford Raptor forum, awaiting delivery of a truck that was supposedly built back in August, and there is such a thing. Issues range from dead batteries to leaking coolant and/or transmission lines, bad paint quality, warped doors, etc…

Is there a reason to use Tesla’s financing rather than DCU? Been member with them for over 10 years now, great credit union.
