    By the way, also the 12V li-ion battery. Everyone should keep an eye on it whether 2022 Model Ys from Fremont are going to upgrade these features in the next couple of months.

    Recently model Y has some upgrades from Shanghai Giga. CPU-AMD Ryzen, GPU-AMD Radeon Pro W6600, and also rear windows. Hopefully, Fremont Giga will also upgrade quickly. Anyone who has recently picked up or will pick up the car should pay attention to it.

    From what I know leasing under the business, the limit on the monthly lease payment that you can deduct is $800 per month plus HST, which works out to a maximum of $9,600 in expenses that are tax-deductible annually. My current car is also leased under the business.
