My Model 3 got 2022.4.5.11 last night. The person from Tesla Service last week said the newer Teslas are being updated more often than older ones. Took delivery about 2 weeks ago and have had 3 software updates since.

Got the rebate today. 7 working days.

After being told by my advisor I'd get the car on the 28th (Wellington), I just got a call saying they are delivering it in 2 hours. Didn't get any texts about dates. While it's a nice surprise, would prefer some consistency in the notification process.

My advisor finally called me. My ETA is 28 Feb which is pretty disappointing given it was registered on 4 Feb. Maybe because I am in Wellington, they are consolidating shipping with other Wellington users.

I did receive an email saying the invoice was ready and it had a link to MyAccount which also displays the invoice (my invoice was called Final Invoice 5). You don't need to make payment until the invoice is ready and I don't think paying early would achieve anything.

Ordered on 14 Nov 2021. Received TXT on 26 Jan saying payment received (requested by Tesla before 1 Feb 2022). Received TXT today (4 Feb 2022) with registration plate number but still no delivery date. I am based in Wellington though.

I received an email with the subject "Congratulations - Your Tesla Model 3 Invoice" and it contained a link to my Tesla account which had a link to the invoice. Basically you wait for the email and then it ought to ship apx a week after you pay according to the email

I am going to run with the Genesis EV plan which gives you 50% off the regular rate if you charge at night (9pm-7am). I haven't looked into the other power companies. The rate is $0.1400 / kWh
