I called. They verified the vehicle was in transport. They called the delivery center to see if it was scheduled. They then gave me the earliest delivery date. Within a couple of hours they were calling to formalize the delivery schedule.

And now the EDD has slid to 11/15-12/13. I hope the design and build quality is better than the customer support element of Tesla. This process is really bad.
