From the German Model Y LR Bestellung und Auslieferung Q4/2021 it looks like people are getting Model Y with VIN numbers 124-126+ with 5C battery (75 kWh). No evidence of 5L (82 kWh) yet.

the Hong Kong Model Y also had this BT43 battery pack code with WLTP 547 km. I guess we are not getting the 82 kWh battery in EU this quarter :( ?
