The issue is most states the title is electronic as there is a lien on the cars. I recommend calling the bank with you on the line at AAA, this way you can verify the title and get the registration done at the same time.

Sorry pandemic has caused issues with my ink and getting help, I’m just selling the blank frames and many people are simply buying custom transfer stickers from Etsy. If you want a blank frame please order asap as just getting the frames in have been a nightmare.
