    I swapped to octopus 11 days ago. And when my smart meter aligns I’ll get switched over.l to octopus go. Should be this week speaking to them. You have to ring them to switch.

    Yes I got a txt the same time. I’m not picking mine up till 2nd December from Southampton. It was the earliest date available seems odd it will sit there for 11 days. Do they have to go through customs so it’s delayed ?
