Congrats! I've seen folks say they had two sms requests for an address, with no acknowledgement. I think the best bet is to send the sms reply and follow up with a call to Tesla tomorrow to confirm they have you details.

Yeah, I guess so. It seems a bit like a chicken and egg scenario. It would be nice if the original Arval confirmation e-mail explained these steps in the timeline so we'd know what to expect...that might prevent us from bombarding them with queries about what's happening.

I've ordered with Arval and just e-mailed Tesla to see if my order is being processed, if there's been a hold up from Arval, and if so, what info/action they're waiting for. Arval say they placed the order on 15/10, got a 7th January ETD from Arval (ARVAL UK Purchasing - Swindon e-mail address)...
