I just got a response from Tesla and they’re gonna add the Supercharger check to the same HV check appointment , so fingers crossed everything comes back okay.

Yeah I’ve got CCS2 out here but the SC network is far superior to the third party options and if it’s only an extra few hundred on top of the HV check it makes sense to get it done!

Any ideas how much that SC inspection is? And can I have both checks done at once or do they need to be separate? The HV is costing me £792 🥹

Came here to say the same thing happened to me a couple days ago. I noticed I wasn’t getting to the sort of speeds expected though (only max 44kw on a 350kw charger) but wasn’t sure if this was because I didn’t precondition the battery….

Had to get an engineer to look at it but it turned out that the car just needed crazy amounts of power to the 12v battery. I think they ended up putting three battery packs on it in the end. The didn’t have enough power going to the battery to allow tow mode.
