I finally have a tentative date scheduled for 11/14 @3PM. Looks like they wait until they have enough cars to deliver by rail to Texas. I ordered end of sept and already had a vin early oct with an EDD that was always changing within a 4 day window since 10/18.

Some people were able to see a vin hidden in the page source of your account reservation screen - sometimes it was associated with that person's reservation, or other times it was just a "dummy" vin.

From my understanding, it wasn't really associated with delaying delivery since they had a longer delivery time frame. Around the time the price increase was released, individuals were given an option in their account to accept the price increase to keep their reservation or receive their...

I can actually see Tesla raising the prices again to maybe offset the tax credit...I would have probably waited but I needed a car before EoY. I could always just put more money in crypto or the market to off set my possible loss on missing out on the tax credit.

I have a feeling once the window narrows down to 4-5 days instead of a week+, the car is already in transit. I've read about previous deliveries sitting at rail hubs for days but not being delivered to customers/store fronts right away.
