Totally agree. Apple has the same issue. I'm a big fan of the elegant minimalism Apple strives to achieve in its UI, but sometimes they go overboard and you end up with an interface that is more obtuse and confusing than whatever it is they're trying to replace.

I think the tutorial was attempting to show where to access those controls but did so in such a confusing way that it looked like it was a new feature itself. Still a problem, but I don't think it was a case of a feature being developed but not implemented. I have mixed feeling about V11...

I got my M3P in late November but it was still on 2021.35.102. I didn't get any updates until the 44.6 update last night. Lord only knows how Tesla is divvying out software updates, maybe there's some rhyme or reason to it, but it seems pretty random.

Brand new M3P and brand new iPhone 13 Pro Max with Apple leather case and wireless charging works fine. It sounds like this is a bit of a luck of the draw problem which is frustrating.

By way of background I've been driving Lexus/BMWs primarily the last 15 years. When I was looking to get a new car this year it came down to another ICE, probably an Audi A6/BMW 5/Mercedes E, or going EV with a Model 3 Performance. The interior and overall fit and finish were definitely better...

Got my VIN today -- new EDD is 11/17-11/22 Confirmed that it's a '22. It doesn't look like there is any practical difference between the '21 and '22 M3P but I'm still glad to get a '22 since it shaves a year off for resale value - not that I'm planning to sell it anytime soon! Looking...

Cool! It does look like late October orders are getting VINs so I'm hoping to get mine soon. I've been planning to get an EV for several years now for largely practical reasons, but springing for the M3P is an unabashed mid-life crisis purchase!
