    Trailer recommendations please (for Model-Y)

Being able to take rubbish to the 'household recycling centre' varies by county. I'm in Wiltshire and our HRC is quite permissive in that it accepts trailers with a bed of less than 1.8m (can go larger trailers with a permit). I think other councils are less friendly and it's really worth...

UK Home Charging - Best Tariff's

My local Lidl with podpoint is 26p/kWh for 50kW charging. With superchargers now costing 41p/kWh, I do wonder whether I should be investigating the competition.

Brake Disks Look Good After Sitting 2 Weeks

And cold? I seem to remember that washing my old car after a drive meant the discs would gain surface rust.

UK and Ireland Marketplace - For Sale / Wanted / Free

If it's still available, can I take this off your hands? I'm in the opposite position - have a 4m blue Tesla cable, but could do with something longer for home charging.

Q4 M3 deliveries with Tow Bar - problems?

Mobile service came out and did mine last week too. Service man seemed to have trouble at first with it failing to lock, and then struggling to remove it. However, after a couple of insert/removal cycles it seems fine. I've given it a go myself and no problems. Certainly feels 'solid'. I did ask...

Q4 M3 deliveries with Tow Bar - problems?

Waiting here too. I'm a lease customer and I'm tempted to ring up Lex Autolease. The tow bar wasn't a cheap option and I ordered it because I need one. My generosity on paying for something I can't use is beginning to wear thin.

Q4 M3 deliveries with Tow Bar - problems?

Did you get anywhere with them? I wonder why they suddenly started removing the tow hitches in Q4, but nothing public about Q3 cars having a problem.

UK 2022 Orders to Delivery inc the shipping thread for posts with no shipping news

I see nothing at all in my Tesla account for my lease (company salary sacrifice) car. It does turn up in the app eventually, and it does work with 3rd party services like TeslaFi. Supercharging works correctly using my payment details. I also don't see the acceleration boost upgrade in the app...

Electricity Tariff (what are you paying)

To answer my own question, with a household usage of 8.78kWh/day and a car using 0.25kWh/mile, about 168 miles a week is the changeover for me.

Electricity Tariff (what are you paying)

So, I'm on a flat 16.02p/kWh at the moment fixed until next November. Looking at Octopus, I can move to 24.14p/kWh tariff and get cheap electricity during the night to recharge. Is there a calculator around that can take my current rate, proposed rate, and then work out how many miles a day I...

Q4 M3 deliveries with Tow Bar - problems?

I'm in the same boat. Had the car delivered without a tow bar. The electronics, fitting, and 'tow mode' are all on the car, but the actual tow bar wasn't with the car when it was delivered. I did a service appointment through the app, and that was swiftly followed by a phone call from someone...

UK 2021 Model 3 Q4 Collection and Delivery Experiences

The Tesla was delivered today by Simon and it was in almost prefect condition. Tomorrow will see the end of my ICE vehicle. It'll be a slightly sad day as there was lots to love about the M140i.

Wiki UK 2021 Orders and Pending Deliveries

Interesting. I've just had the 'calculating delivery' text message for an expected delivery date of 10th February (ordered 2/11 with a towbar). I wonder whether that means I'm in for a Christmas surprise?

MS metallic now no cost option in USA

It came with a change of $1000 extra on the base price. I wonder if that will also come to the UK (in £ obviously).
