Hi no headway with Tesla. They will not budge now saying its a characteristic of the car. Which is odd considering how much money they must have wasted changing all the suspension components up to now. I'm stuck with it with no sign of a fix.

Tesla SC had my car for a week , they claim they swapped every front suspension component and its no different. losing the will to live. No sign of a resolution as yet.

My Car goes back to Tesla tomorrow, I will share the (hopefully) positive outcome soon.

Hi, I have had some progress with tesla, i will update after next week, i do not want to say too much until they have carried out what has been promised but i will update you all next week if they sort it for me.

I've tried to record it but its difficult to pick up on a mobile phone mic. Its just a poor quality ride, and clear when its driven, we shouldn't need to capture it on film, if the SC technician drives the car it obvious, it needs Tesla to acknowledge its not acceptable and fix it,

Hope you have more luck than i did with the master tech, they just repeated the same message, "its a characteristic of the car". I've made three return visits now without any clear idea of how this will be resolved. We cant all be wrong about this issue, I'm just not sure how it will ever get...

When you say its now squeak free, was it a squeak originally ? Mine is a definite clunk, possibly different issues here ?

Yes i was told that story too. To be honest regardless of past experiences i cannot accept that the noises coming from my car are ok. If they all do it to some extent then i would at least expect Tesla to change the parts to minimize the issue even if a complete fix is out of the question.
