I’ve had A Hypervolt for around 6 months and it’s been flawless so far with no Wi-Fi issues. WiFi signal is weak in my garage, but HV stays connected. Haven‘t checked if any software updates.

Same experience for me, the M3P audio is noticeably superior to the high end Burmester in my previous AMG Merc.

Have to agree, the Tidal app in the Tesla sounds crisper to my ears too. +1 for shuffle.

Thanks for posting, I've been trying to solve this too. Other option I found to speed things up a little is to set up the iPhone hotspot or shortcut to trigger with a 'double tap' on the back of the iPhone. The search for seamless continues...

I've had the Hypervolt since Oct, 21, solid piece of kit, pleased with it so far plus customer service seams good too.

Been reliable so far for me (iPhone 12) and no change to behaviour since V11

So do we get better quality audio streaming from the native Tesla Spotify app when tethered to iPhone WifI vs Spotify with Tesla's LTE premium connectivity?

Same for me, no notice, but was half expecting it anyway after so many on here have experienced the same. I'm sure it will get sorted, prefer to have the car for sure.

Churchill can definitely sort it over the phone, I arranged mine a couple of weeks in advance of pick-up (manual entry of reg and car model).

My insurer found the car by model and added the plate manually over the phone for me. I believe many of us have done this as plate not DVLA registered before pick-up day. Good luck!

I have the Hypervolt (an excellent bit of kit), mine had a QR code on the side of the unit for set up which worked for me or you can add the unit's ref number manually within the app I believe.

I asked CS today whether they needed any further proof given £0 owed showing on account and was told no further proof needed, good to go.
