    Raise a formal complaint with your insurer. They (rather than their contractor Enterprise) are ultimately responsible for the repairs to your vehicle.

    Phone app not working

    Nearby the phone should connect via Bluetooth and a card via the chip in the card. The Tesla agent can only see the location via the mobile network. If the signal is poor then the vehicle is likely to be showing as offline.

    What makes you think she might not get back? If her phone is paired with the car or she has a card key it’s likely that all will be ok.

    Is it possible the car is in an area of no or very weak phone signal? The problem may resolve itself when the phone signal is restored to the car. If that’s not the case, you may need to try and delete and then again pair your phone with the car at your next opportunity.

    If you go to the profile settings of your Tesla account, there is an option to set up up Multi-Factor authentication. Whilst the email you received looks genuine, I would recommend making any changes from within your account rather than clicking on links in emails.
