Update, a batch of vehicles bound for Portland were reassigned this week due to the crappy snowy weather on some of the roads. The manager in Portland says my car is set to build on 1/12, but they are trying to assign VINS to those who were recently unmatched.

I was in this 12/15-12/31 eta window since day 1 and it updated to a smaller gap and then bam the vin hit today. The timelines are all over the place. The one catch is the weather looks like crap starting Sunday in Portland and not sure how this will impact car deliveries into the new year.

I did, they said if they don’t come with them, we can request a service to add them. I drove through the Portland Tesla lot tonight and the 3 MYP on the lot all had mud flaps.

Ordered MYP on 11/3, got VIN (..347964) this morning. pick up on 12/30. They said it will come with AS4 and should have Mudflaps. So pumped!

Discount Tire seems to be the best option. There inventory has been pretty good, even for the rears which were hard to come by. my EDD has been static since 11/2 OD. This morning it tightened slightly, but no VIN. Original EDD: 12/15-12/31 Today: 12/19/-12/31

Have an ETA of 12/15-12/30 since OD of 11/2, hasn’t moved once. No VIN yet, had the trade in text on 12/3. Seems like there’s no rhyme or reason even being 4 days out from the window when this thing will be here. Total crapshoot.

I just saw a MYP in Portland getting delivered with mudflaps and Perelli tires.

I drove by Portland Tesla today, looking at the cars awaiting customer delivery. Probably 10 MYLR models, none with mudflaps. Only 1 MYP, but had Pirellis and mud flaps.

No mudflaps and look like Michelins.

Hah, okay. One thing Tesla is good at is keeping its customer guessing! I would email your service advisor ASAP and ask to get them, not sure why they weren’t on the vehicle with the tires and PPF included.
