I'm just on the cusp of 50k miles. I don't have any measurements down to that degree, but I can't perceive any loss in performance. Now it's getting to the time of, keep this one or place an order for a new one.

I just came back to this thread to say the same thing. I reseated the pigtail and it’s back to normal.

Take the plastic aero cap off, it's a grey tempest under the cap.

So, they blew me off twice in the past few months, about only replacing once unless I wait for the new material. Yesterday evening I decided to try again, created a ticket at 4pm yesterday, mobile service completed it by 11:30am today. I was shocked.

New yoke is on, it does feel a bit...smoother if I had to use a word to describe it. We'll see how it holds up.

That's how mine started, next thing you know it's 3/4 peeled down the yoke.

So they are replacing mine today. I asked if it’s the new material, he said he had no idea. They didn’t give me the same *sugar* about “we’ll only replace it once”. We will see…

Just did 1500 miles in the MSP, it was a breeze. Just the month before I had done the same drive in my Denali and felt like I had been kicked by a mule.

So I have this issue here in FL, my plug gets the south facing sun and if I forget to close the garage, the charger goes into a thermal protect mode and lights up the T like yours. It will reduce the charging A down until the temps regulate. I'm going to either move or shade the plug.

bah, that sucks. I was hoping that they would meet the July date. My yoke looks like *sugar*.

I created a service ticket about mine peeling. They said they’d replace it once under warranty, but the new “updated” material isn’t out and it would peel again. They asked if I wanted to wait on the updated part; which I opted for.

Go to the Software screen, from there tap the blue text that says "additional vehicle information" (if I recall correctly).

10 month old 21 Plaid, my yoke is peeling on the top left, no lotion, hand sanitizer etc…it’s not a place I rest my hand. I’ll open a service request in the next couple days to have it replaced

My car does this as well. It’s usually when decelerating, and sometimes they will continue to present, retract and present…over and over. It’s pretty damn embarrassing. I’ve found if I use the screen to unlock and relock it will subside. Car is a 2021 Plaid

I just unlatched it again, and slammed it back up and the rattle went away. I'll look at the electrical tape idea for a real solution.
