Replace your loc with the lc2i pro and use the audio sense turn on. You're low voltage issues will go away and u won't need a switch.

Just a tip. Set the lc2i pro to do audio turn on and u don't need to worry about the battery drain. The audio turn on works much better that the GTO turn on.

This all depends on if you have an Intel based car or amd. If it's Intel with a standard 12v system yes. If it's and amd system then you need a 14 Volt battery because the car charges at 15.5 volts.

Those battery have side install Allen install points too. So the second cable is on the side of the battery. I wanted to separate the two power cables. It's not necessary but makes identification easier if I had an issue.

No not at all. The lc2ipro uses audio turn on and works the best for turning on and off the system. You should have to worry about isolating the batteries.

This issue is with lfp battery pack. These aren't on the model y's. So this issue is only related to the model 3.

It's not the li ion battery although it may need to be replaced. Once the motor went out the car shut down the dcdc converter to protect itself. Mort then likely you won't be able to get the 12v to charge. It will need to be repaired by tesla.

The rear and subwoofer work off a separate amp. If you have a low voltage warning youre 12v battery is probably bad.

There is one potential issue. The slash series might not like the 15.5v if u have an Amd tesla. I talked to a JL engineer and he said the HD line was the only line they tested up to 16v. It might work or the amp might go into protect. Just a heads up.

Are you doing a subwoofer? If so you can probably get it off the connection points of the subwoofer in the rear. Right at the subwoofer.
