    Trying to get tech support for Home Charging

    The trick is that the Tesla Wall Connector is not a vehicle, it's an energy product. I just called them today (at the above number) and got a callback within 30 minutes. Oddly when I call them, my phone says it's Solar City I'm calling, not Tesla, but it really is their number.

    Gen 3 Wall Connector - Fault code (3 red blinks)

    I've had the same message several times over several months (once in August, once in October, three times in the last week) and I think I've finally figured out what causes it, for me.
