To me that sounds like an interior noise, rather an exterior/suspension noise. I have a similar issue but I am pretty positive mine is exterior. This is after the front stabilizer bar and both sides upper control arms were replaced.

Enhanced Autopilot is no longer a purchasable option. From what I understand it had a short stint in the options to buy. It is FSD or Basic Autopilot.

I mean this is not what I have seen. I am based in MN and the 2.49% was the lowest I could find outside of a credit union (which I am not a member of any). The next lowest was through AAA Banking which was 2.59% with autopay.
