Do you maybe have a personal advisor/sales person? Tesla support gave me the same answer but when I asked the guy who sold me the car he showed me all the details.

After you recieve your 1st SMS you can contact your SeC and ask for your VIN and the boat it's on.

Just for information: I ordered a M3 RWD White on 30-10-21 in Holland. First SMS on 17-11-21, then I contacted Tesla and they gave me a VIN and boat (Grand Dahlia). The M3 will arriva in Holland at 22-12-21 (think from Zeebrugge 12-12-21) and it will be delivered to me 1 week later.
