Does the inverter have an 120v option that you can try? Also, when you put scope on the transformer, can you observe both outputs to see the phase relationship and make sure you truly have a 120-N-120?

Do you have lead acid 12v battery? In another thread about 12v battery, it was mentioned that when the 12v can’t hold charge, the car will wake up to charge it. Just another possibility.

Same here. That software update notice is gone from car and from the app. Also the junk ads about Tesla electric and referral programs are also gone from the app.

Those sounds are normal. I get those in the initial phase of supercharging when the charging current is the highest, most likely the battery expanding due to rapid charging. Can it damage the battery? Maybe over long term but that’s what the 8 year warranty is for.

They might try that but it will probably invite a class action. I am honestly surprised that didn’t get sued for the AP suspension already. I bought the car that included AP functionality, they can’t suspend me from using that functionality based on their new requirements.

I denied permission to use cabin camera long ago, when it first asked. Yes, I have only base AP and installed December update but I was not asked to give permission for cabin camera again. My current software is 2023.44.30.8

I don’t have FSD and I didn’t give permission to use cabin camera (iirc). I have not noticed any difference in long drives with AP.

It doesn’t have to go past the headrest. A heavy spare tire getting airborn in a crash and hitting the back of the headrest is enough to damage a human brain, if you have a passenger In the car.

True, but they are designed to be non directional. The ones from China are not - in the forward rotating edge, they have a slanted edge to cut into air like an airplane turbine but the back is flat. So it causes turbulence if it rotates backwards.

Get the igloo 48qt cooler someone suggested here from Walmart. It fits perfectly in the trunk cavity and will prevent things like this the next time.

If you remove tint only from that window, service will know that you removed it. If they want to deny warranty, now they have two people to blame, installer and remover. Either remove all tint or don’t bother. If there is a dirt in between panels, it can’t possibly be caused by tint installation.

I am in TX and I always have to put on the mesh under glass roof in the beginning of summer. OP didn’t mention anything about the roof mesh but the giant glass roof is one difference between MY and MS. Glass roof makes the cabin really hot in southern summer.
