    Good news! The new wiring harness is due to arrive in UK mid April, so hopefully not the long wait I was concerned about. That news arrived shortly after the raising the prospect of a rejection with customer services, maybe that's just coincidence. All good anyway.

    Yes, thats my concern, could go on for months, meanwhile no new car that I’ve bought and paid for. I’ll try to speak to service manager as you suggest, although there doesn’t seem to be a phone number other than the central tesla number.

    Yes, that sounds reasonable, although after a month they have no idea of timescale, it feels like it might be easier to get a new car than a wiring loom. I except the factory are busy putting all available wiring looms in new cars.
