when you get closer to a vin, just email/call/txt your SA and they can update it for you. AFAIK, you can't do it online, same goes for adding a trade-in after you've already clicked past the trade-in section.

Ouch. I completely feel your pain. Look at my post a few messages up for tips. If you car is in the scope of the service bulletin, that's likely the easiest path to a free replacement.

Not too far off for me either. 11/16 OD current EDD is 2/15-3/15 (pushed from 1/31-2/28), SF Bay Area. My SA said she sees a match for me that's scheduled to roll off the line on 2/23. If that's true, I'd expect most of us west coasters with November ODs to get VINs starting in ~2 weeks.

Agreed. Awesome to see many of the east coasters getting VINs even some with December or January order dates. Luckily I don't need it ASAP, but the logic is surely a head scratcher. My 11/16 OD MYP White/Black/Tow is still showing a 2/15-3/15 delivery with a build expected around 2/23 (per my SA).

Just pushed to 2/15-3/15 (was 1/31-2/28) for 11/16 order date. Looks like white cars are getting pushed based on some of the pushes yesterday/today.

Will be interesting to see what happens to all the 1/31-2/28 EDDs this week. Seems like many have shrunk already, but I know a few are still sitting still. I'm a 11/16 OD (Fremont factory) and still showing 1/31-2/28 as of right now. No changes to my EDD since 1/1.

Update - Finally got the car back with a new PCS after about 2.5 weeks in the SC. It's a 2.5 hour job (per billed rate). At the end, I ended up not paying for it (would have been ~$2k), although it took many calls + escalations. It was officially covered as "goodwill" and not "HV Battery...
