I called my local service senter (blue ash/Ohio). I selected the 'Sales' option and said 'Delivery' at the prompt. Waited 15-20 minutes for a live person. I didnt ask - but I'm 99% sure I was routed to a central team somewhere else.

Thanks. Yeah, I've had the same observation. I just hung up with a service rep. Very nice guy. He agreed that its been a long time since I placed the order and said he would escalate to their logistics team for review. I guess we'll see what happens.
