Also, I'm receiving the EV Charging Program / Off-Peak Charging credit ($0.02/kWh for off-peak usage). I didn't think Tesla chargers...

    You apply on the EV Portal yourself and attach the bill from your electrician, the permit approval from the town and a picture of the installation. Your electrician would fill out the residential load data inquiry form and submit it to PSEG.

    FWIW, I have a 150A panel with no electric appliances other than a heat pump. Installed a 50A breaker for my charger. AFAIK, I don't need a service upgrade.

    Yea I received the form from PSEG after submitting the first step in the application. I'm not 100% sure how to proceed. I emailed PSEG but I'll probably end up filling out the form myself. I wont require a service upgrade so it should be relatively straightforward.
