The wipers DO cover the cameras at the top center of the windshield. I tried using the washing feature and I manually wiped them down all without fixing the issue. This is definitely a auto-wiper issue which breaks the TACC and FSD features.

Autosteer requires that the wipers be in Auto. So does cruise control. I had this problem tonight on a 25 mile drive. Couldn't use cruise control because the wipers kept going on a dry window and squeaking. It's not autosteer except that autosteer turns on auto wipers.
