    How long do EV main battery packs last before failure (not just manageable degradation)?

    Mine just literally gave out today , 2013 Model S 60 with 125,000 miles. Looking to replace with upgraded 75kwh. Called service center today while waiting for tow and they said they do not offer upgrade pack. Anyone have light on this? Also is a new location .
