Max volume on startup
This is not an Apple issue. It's a Tesla issue. It all worked the same on Merceres but you could set a default "start up" volume in the car which it always was reverted to no matter the volume set on your phone. Worked like a charm for over 2 years without blowing your eardrums and speakers. So...
