Someone in German forum reported he got the "data part" as retrofit (from Tesla ranger) but Sonic and co didn't show up. So seems VIN are flagged.

Put USB key from glove box in the new ports, see if sentry / dashcam work

Afaik having a working controller won't auto install sonic and co. Prob need a future fix for that.

Do you guys thing it's a limitation of the installed USB part or of the car itself ? If it's the part, wouldn't delaying the installation provide some hope to have the "data" part?
