An call from the local Tesla office to update my trade-in data preceded my VIN by about two weeks. In talking to a rep at that time it sounded like a check to ensure that things were in order. Like the rep you spoke to, mine gave no hints about likely delivery dates. Hope you get it soon.

You've likely done this, but do check your web account if you have not. The VIN showed up on the web about a day before it was added to my phone app.

My initial EDD, at the point of placing my order was 11/28-12/26. So, if it does get delivered next week, it went ~2 months over the initial estimate. You can see all the EDD variations in my signature.

No tow here, but still waiting on August order. Others have observed that deliveries to the Eastern US get higher priority in early half of quarters, and the West the latter. May account for some of the sequencing patterns we see here.
