If they have that much trouble fixing the bug -- Tesla needs to provide a button on the interface, or an option to use the horn to register a phantom braking.

I found a crack that spans bottom of the window (not in the visible area). I haven't looked into "fixing" it as it's not visible while driving and doesn't appear to affect anything. I don't think it's normal... this is the first vehicle I've owned that's had any glass damage of any kind.
