Exactly. I’m planning a long road trip with a hotel stop overnight. No parcel shelf makes me nervous about leaving anything in the car overnight, meaning I may have to drag most of my belongings into the hotel with me.

No, I’ve not been given a March delivery. I think I will though given Tesla want to complete as many deliveries as possible in the quarter. It’s just frustrating having no communication when others are.

I agree someone else should get the 'special' delivery, but I shouldn't go to the back of the queue for 'normal' deliveries just because I didn't accept the 'special delivery'. That would be unfair given I never asked for the 'special' delivery, wouldn't you agree? Anyway, its pointless...

What are you on about? No one has been allocated outside of these special events. I ordered very early on the day of release for delivery at Bluewater. I didn’t ask to pick up in Southampton, therefore I’d expect my original request and place in that queue to be honoured.

I changed by delivery location between getting the first and second Southampton text messages. Now if I click on the second text message it gives me the option to select delivery at Bluewater on either 19th or 21st February. Glitch in the system?

Unless I’m being incentivised by freebies (merch, supercharger miles, etc) I can’t see myself travelling further than my nearest pick up location to get my car. How do others feel? What compels you to attend this event?

I was reading the Edmunds EV range test article and it appears Tesla has a much higher range buffer once reporting zero miles left than the Mach E and iD4. I wonder if Tesla has taken note of this and just released some of this buffer to improve the range...

So we think AMD processors are likely. So what about the fabled parcel shelf? I know many are indifferent about this feature, but I’d prefer to have it for better noise insulation and security peace of mind. Has anyone seen any details on the parcel shelf since that supposed leak back in November?

Any one know if you can reject the car on delivery if it doesn’t have the AMD processor and other new features that are important to you?
