I think you asked this of me but for some reason I never received it. Just saw it now. I got it painted at a buddy's body shop in Santa Ana, CA. If they prep it right, then the paint will stick. The mud guards help protect it

I went with Eibach. I like the drop and the ride. 7000+ miles now on the eibachs and no issues.

How crazy was that!!! I went to Maier EV and clicked on the spoiler image and it took me to the Teslarati site. Looks like we have the same one but in your pic yours just looked slimmer.

I lowered mine with the Eibachs and you can clearly see a difference. Mine dropped 1” in the front and just shy of 1.5” in the rear. These show the difference in height. You can see the difference in the front a little more clearly then you can the rear, but the drop is noticeable.

I had the UPP on order and as soon as Eibach came out with there’s I canceled my UPP order. Eibach had them in stock to. So far so good. Decent ride and no squeaks pr other noises. Painting the side skirt makes it look lower too.

It does change the aerodynamics which helps reduce drag so that’ll help improve range. Probably not by much. I haven’t measured the new ground clearance but it the springs dropped it about 1.5” all around.

Lowered my LR Y with the new Eibachs. Rides smooth. Does a decent job of closing the wheel gap.
