Reviving this thread. I've got an appointment to get this resolved on my 2021 LR. It seems to only be present when the passenger side vents are blowing air.

AUGUST?!!! Is it drivable? Most likley fixable but it all depends on the extent of the damage that can't be seen Looks like an entire rear door replacement, quarter panel replacement, rocker panel and wheel well replacement. It's possible there is frame damage as well.
