I read another post from someone on a diff thread that got a delivery date and VIN and then added a trade in, then their VIN vanished. They called up and was told that they still have a vin, it’s just because of the trade in, it puts your account back to step 1, so the vin doesn’t show anymore...

Anyone that's got a confirmed collection time on 19th from Southampton, had their VIN disappear? Mine disappeared today 😬

thanks for the heads up on that one 👍🏼 Spoke to Tesla today and he said the ONLY place from all the collection events accepting trade ins is Southampton. So if anyone out there is hoping for another location and has a trade in, you won’t get allocated other locations I imagine.

That's my spec and I was assigned a Vin this morning. However I have to change my payment method AND add a trade in so wonder what they will do when I request that! If it gets released because of my changes, you might get it!

I cancelled my trade in request, not sure if that has anything to do with getting assigned a vehicle. I read someone else's post about cancelling it and then once assigned a date, contact them to re-apply it.

Just got assigned a VIN and delivery date in the last 5 mins 🎉 Estimated Delivery: February 16 - March 02. Reckon this is a slot freed up from someone rejecting their early delivery? No texts or emails yet. MSM, black interior, 19"s

Just got this text from Tesla. I have done everything, except for just waiting on a trade in valuation. They say when you call them that "awaiting trade ins do not delay allocation" however they then you comms like this... 🤦‍♂️ Anyone else awaiting trade in got this?

I am one of the ones waiting to see if I get a text after lots of people decline their collections. 😂 I am only 1 hour from Southampton so I’m willing.

Anyone else with a pending trade in valuation still in the "Order" step in the next steps overview? I've filled everything in, agreed finance and registration details etc and still not moved to "Prepare for delivery". Wondering if the trade in valuation is hindering being allocated a car. Cheers

Forza finance. Same annual mileage, deposit and APR as Tesla finance, but a £27k GFV rather than the £20k one Tesla offers.

Just had a new PCP finance quote that has beaten Tesla's by £150+ per month. Does anyone know if you can cancel the Tesla PCP offer after accepting it? (I may have clicked accept on their offer a bit too quickly...). Thanks
