I also have a Bolt and a Model 3. The camera system on the Bolt is superior to the Tesla. You can't beat the 360 camera view for parking in tight spaces! The Tesla charges much faster for me. I'm using a Grizzl-e 40a charger. Maybe your settings need adjustment?

That's a good deal with a panel upgrade. I Paid $5k for a panel upgrade to 200a, 70ft line run and 14-50 outlet. That was the average price for the 5 electricians that came out.
