Hello Mike I was told by a forum member to visit the German site and there are quite a few people in Germany who are experiencing the exact same issue as me and people have tried all types of different alloys/tyres and its looks like definately not a wheel/tyre issue.

If its coming from the new long bridge collection centre should be 100% charge, like mine was last Friday, as they have car chargers on every bay !

If you collect from the new Birmingham long bridge centre then they all come 100% fully charged as all the parking spaces have car chargers (mine came 100%)
