IDK if I understood this correctly. VINs are issued for Nov orders for LR and P. The Feb 8-10 build dates included very few LRs/Ps. It is very disappointing. But from what I noticed, VINs were issued for order dates till Nov 25 give or take.

They are just a bit lazy and incompetent to help you out here (and probably slammed with deliveries too and so brushed you off)

I ordered M3LR on 19 Nov. My app says 8 to 12 weeks now. It was the first time I have seen this. Talk to your SA about region issue maybe? I don't think that will be a problem. Delivery should be tied to location. But worth checking in with SA. Maybe Vedaprime would have better insight.
