Yes very much a personal preference. At the end of the day the tyre diameter is exactly the same for both wheels i.e. 28 inches, so when it appears to look smaller you are only talking about the rims. Therefore, if in both circumstances you were to have a black rim, you probably wouldn't notice.

Not via the route I went through. The guy at the Stratford Tesla Store was the same one we met when we test drove a Model 3 earlier in January and he has been quite helpful - even though we are leasing through Lex. I can't speak for the rest of the Tesla organisation though.
