    No response from Tesla Insurance!

    I have a Tesla insurance claim that is two months old. I cannot get anyone to return my phone calls or email concerning the claim. They will not make a decision if they are going to repair the car or total it. Does anyone have suggestions of how to light a fire under them to make a decision?
