Did you ever find a solution for this issue? I have the same problem with my 2015 P85D which I just upgraded to the MCU-2 Infotainment processor.

I know but my P85D will not Understand that this was part of the update. But it doesn’t work on my P85D and Tesla told me that it won’t work on my model year vehicle based on some build issue.

Is version 2020.48.37.8 the latest available version for Model S P85D 2015? I have not been fed an update in quite some time.
