Has anyone bought a dog crate which fits the boot well in a Model Y? We've got four dogs and have a Transk9 (Car dog cages, crates & transit boxes for cars & vans | Transk9) crate which is brilliant from my old BMW 3 Series Touring but it doesn't fit the Y. Any recommendations welcomed.

£600 as I had to up the mileage and my partner had a fault accident so that's bumped up the price a bit. Bell was a lot cheaper but I didn't want a black box and Admiral were slightly cheaper but Direct Line was a better policy. Hope helpful but so many factors at play which impact prices.

I didn't realise until my partner pointed it out (our other car is a Model 3 so that came with it). You'll get a gen 2 mobile charger in a black bag, type 2 cable (blue) and roadside safety kit in a red bag. If any of those are missing, then ask for them at pick up. Hope helpful.

My insurer (esure) said the car was beyond their risk tolerance so cancelled the policy waiving the fee. I went with Direct Line in the end - not the cheapest but reasonable excess.

They had a stock of them there and mentioned this had happened a few times. I can imagine it’d be challenging requesting one after collection so worth checking when you get yours - it should be in the frunk.

I’m picking mine up in Manchester 26th Feb. Best price on insurance was £462 but with compulsory excess of £500 from Bell which is part of Admiral Group. Hope helpful.

I spoke to Tesla service on the tow bar and they said to raise a service request in the app once you have the car. Advised fit time was within one to two weeks and all straight forward as just a case of removing the cover and fitting the bar - we’ll see.
