I texted the SA asking if they had any info since Feb is impossible at this point. Response “Hello, the estimated delivery window on your account should update soon.”
I think most people should know what they are getting themselves into by now. The fact that they don’t have the ability to measure distance for park assist (so far that I have researched) as the agreement implies is comical.
Had to accept that the vehicle would come without the USS before proceeding with delivery. Have others experienced this as of recent? The only thing is my EDD is still TBD… Maybe a good sign!
I got this response:
“Good Morning,
We reached out to our transport team. Your Model Y is still in production at Gigafactory Texas. Your estimated delivery window should reappear once your Model Y has finished production.”
Maybe promising?
I have a text out to the advisor as well. Fingers crossed it isn’t bad news. I’ll most likely try to call if I have time too. I seem to get better information from the customer service line vs texting.
I ordered a MYAWD from inventory On 2/11. Got a VIN 2 days later. SA then told me to start getting my ducks in a row. Called the main customer service line yesterday and the car hasn’t been built. EDD started 26 Feb-26 Mar with no changes yet. Spokane delivery.
Anybody run into issues with setup? I’m trying to set mine up but it doesn’t move past the getting ready to program screen. Any help would be appreciated. I called Tesla and Homelink. So far, nothing.
When I watched the install video, it appeared they clipped onto the fender and used the OEM clips towards the bottom. I would be nervous randomly drilling inside a high voltage electric car!
