I also got my vin Monday and with that same EDD as yours, but each day it gets pushed out by 1 day. Now sitting at 4/30 - 5/4

So my EDD changed to 5/6 - 6/3 a week and a half ago, from a two week April range. Three days ago changed again to 4/25 - 5/8. Got a random unexpected text today that I have a vin! EDD then changed to 4/27 - 5/1 Don’t lose hope!

I would take what they’re saying or seeing with a grain of salt. Same thing happened to me and my car never arrived on the earlier date they were seeing, Which was different than the date I was seeing

I was told the same thing this weekend, the guy said that the reason as to why they extend the delivery date is to have it as a cushion date in case something goes wrong with your car during production. That way they don’t have to notify you of delays, since you’ll be thinking that it’s coming...

Well this was interesting 🤨. Got bumped earlier this morning to April 10 - May 10, back to a 4 week range. I called tesla and the advisor told me that my 2 week range of March 18 - 31 was still showing up on their system and that the 4 week “glitch” tends to happen when you’re close to delivery...

Entered the first day of my two week range today. Hopefully I see a vin this weekend!

Now I wonder if the added options, such as the white interior and induction wheels still give you an earlier date, after they made that February adjustment.

Switched to a 2 week window last week. Really crossing my fingers here. I read somewhere that EOQ delivery dates usually will get pushed back to next quarter :/ OD: 8/31 White on White , 20” wheels, no tow, no fsd EDD: March 17 - March 30 Old ED was Feb 23 - March 23 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

Yes, those were scheduled prior to the change. Anything scheduled last week moving forward will be at home deliveries.

That’s what I thought too. Just saw that it’s indeed true and they will not be doing pick ups only home deliveries. Also had it confirmed by someone else on the (510) text number.

For anyone who has picked up from Burbank, CA, did they give you the Option to do either pick up or home delivery? Spoke to someone from the customer service number yesterday and the rep told me that Burbank is only doing home deliveries, unless you live 40 miles away. 🤨

Same here! Ordered date was 8/31 did receive a trade in text from Tesla on Tuesday and few others on here said they received their vin a week or so after that text. So keeping my hopes up for this week 😃

Does anyone know how to take care of minor issues at delivery, given that some pickup locations are contactless, do you just accept delivery and then put in a service request after?
