Apparently read on the Facebook model Y page, someone had there model Y in this week to install the tow bar. Service had the car for 4 hours to fit the tow bar but apparently they had the wrong part so he has to come back in to get it redone. So it sounds like the tow bar hasn't been installed.

You should receive an email to e-sign the agreement. Give it a couple of days, if you don't receive it, call Tesla CS and they can resend it.

Try clicking on your profile in the app, then account > charging > history. Only lists out supercharging though.

Tried this and it finally worked. Was racking my brain and looking out other threads to see if it was something to do with my Samsung phone but just seems the Car needed to be turned off and on. 🤦🏻

Try Churchill too, the website doesn't yet have the option to insure the MY at the moment, but when I called and spoke to the advisor, she mentioned that they could manually add it to their system to provide a quotation. My Xc60 premium was £600 with them last year, still 7 months before it runs...

Received my call last week. The guy said pretty much the same. Also mentioned that 50% of all Tesla staff across the country will be down in Southampton for the event.
