I’m talking w an owner of a 2017 who free SC won’t transfer. He suggested that I use his account and can change password. Is this possible, is there a way Tesla could eventually find out? Understand this isn’t how program was designed, thoughts?

I was looking at a 2017 that won’t allow for SC to transfer. Seller suggested I can use his account and even change the password so he doesn’t have access to it. Any thoughts on that?
