Well... my first matched LR VIN was F378981 on Feb. 9 - note the higher sequence but earlier build. When I asked SA they said we need to wait until the car leaves production. Then on Feb 12, SA texted me that car left production and is showing Intel MCU - that's when I rejected that VIN. I...

I’m happy to report that I got my Tesla Model Y LR delivered with the AMD MCU3 today. Build date was 2/20. Only got some bad luck with panel gaps on the trunk and one rear door. Will have to get that fixed.

Definitely, I'm committed now. Delivery scheduled for Friday, 2/25. Even if it comes with Intel, I'm thankful Tesla tried to accommodate my requests. I'm exited regardless. Will keep you all posted.

That's interesting. I had a VIN NF3789xx assigned on 2/9 which "left" production on 2/12 and was an INTEL MCU according to SA. I rejected. Just a moment ago I got a new lower VIN NF3783xx in the same range after releasing order hold on 2/16 after SA confirmed that all builds are now with AMD...

I chose MY LR over P due to ride comfort (19” wheels and higher suspension) and option to buy Acceleration Boost. I also figured tire wear will be less and hence it’s lower cost to maintain. It’s my first Tesla though and I’m scheduled to receive it soon.
